I hope your hat swells with the head. Glad you dug up something. Can you explain why that shitty carb was used when there was other carbs that are being used for these type engine contest? That is quite a bit of hp for that engine. Putting out as much as some big blocks.

then how did I make it work, and work again in 2011 to place 8th, the highest placing Olds in engine masters history up until 2016?
oh ya, with factory iron heads on a hunk of junk 307

You really don't need to bring me into this, but as you found out theres real engine guys out there. Me and Canadian have had our disagreements on other forums, but that doesn't mean I don't respect his work. Now as for you old timer.........lets work on getting those cars of yours quicker than my NA 327 shop truck LOL Awww

So I'm.not the only one who thinks the big bore longer stroke stuff is just insufficient with the crappy heads we normally have available ??. Flow is one thing but how well it can fill the cylinder is another. Again this is why I use the Windsor and cleaveland as a good example since there is some similarities to our olds.
