rear wheel fender trim.

I'm looking for the chrome trim for the rear driver side fender.
This is for a 1972 Cutlass convertible. Not sure if it's the same or different than the hard tops. Thanks Barb.

Barb, the trim is interchangeable with a large number of models from the 70-72 Cutlass (A body) lineup. Is this the wheel opening trim you're looking for? If it is you can expand your donor search to:
70-71 f85
70-72 Cutlass, Cutlass S models, Cutlass sedans, and most 71/72 Cutlass Convertibles. Note: some 70/71 Supreme's came with the wide side moldings and those required a 'partial' opening molding.

Just an FYI? The rear of the car is the 'quarter panel', not a fender. Fenders are located at the front of the car, ahead of the door and on both sides of the hood.

I have some pretty nice wheel well moldings. I'll get pix & report back asap.

Scott, I was thinking about you and Eric. I just wanted to make sure she was looking at the same things we are thinking as this could also be the upper vert trim?

Thanks Allan for the reply, We did have a laugh about the fender reference.
I did get the dummy look (and a smile) from Ron.
Hi Scott! I do remember you, I bought some parts from you about 2 years ago.
You were very fair and a pleasure to work with.
I do need the full trim bottom to bottom on the wheel well opening drivers side Quarter Panel ( 72 Cutlass).
Thanks again for the help and looking forward to hearing from you.
Ron&Barb.

Did you have a small accident with the car? LOLA, no worries about the rear 'fender'. Glad you guys are looking after your baby!

There was a a good size ding in the trim I noticed after we bought the car. Seems every time I looked at the car now that darn ding just stuck out to me. Well I thought maybe we could get that out some way, I pulled the trim and no luck.
So I knew the best place to ask if someone had one is here.
Maybe I'll get lucky. Barb.
