No, not really. $110 delivered for what is essentially a brand new unpitted near-perfect manifold. Maybe in Oregon these are plentiful and unbolt easily, but here that is looking like a $100 worth of extraction time alone. And, the #2 I pulled last sunday was pitted to hell and had a fubar'd flapper valve.
Sorry I missed the "BB" part and only saw "Cutlass" which to me means 350... so no, the above affordable #4 casting will not do for the OP
Back to looking for a W, Y, or Z rh manifold.
z...ss - what is the large ID letter on your broken one, so you can get a duplicate?
I might have one but it will be pitted.

Sorry Chris, I wasn't thinking about others in the salt country. Over the years I've sold a bunch of small block manifolds for $25 each, although not all as nice as the one on ebay. John

Youse guys with no rust really can't appreciate just how good you have it.
The TV show guys make me laugh and laugh - a rust hole the size of a quarter throws them into fits of agony "OH DEAR GOD this thing is SHOT, we can't work with this, it's too FAR GONE!
I have replace a frame and the entire floor pan of a convertible. Yes, it takes time, and time is money. So, start with a rustfree car if at all possible.
Like CO's '83 H/O barn find guy.
Oh, just clean it up and paint it, and it looks better than new.
We have NOTHING to start with here. Rotted away. Even cast iron.
The seller has a lot of NOS stuff so that manifold probably is NOS

Does your right hand manifold look like the Z casting in this ad?
