need 455 high compression pistons .040

Hi, guys this is my first post,so go easy on me.......i'm looking for a set of good used pistons for 72 olds 455 .040 would like high comp. if anybody has some @ reasonable price just let me know..........thanks in advance

Welcome to our site. How high are you planning to go with the compression ratio? Just wondering with today's low octane fuel and all...

Hi, Dan thanks, i trying to get a true 10:5:1 ratio, is this what i should be shooting for on a weekend street racer ?..... i do want to keep it streetable, i have a 69 455 w/ big vavle C heads , th400 tranny w/ 2500 stall, original factory rearend in 72 cutlasss supreme i dont know gear ratio
