Looking for Parts - 80s GM and 50s Oldsmobiles
Hey,
I'm looking for parts for any 1980-1985 Delta 88. College student with not the most $$ in the world, has dedication and strong interest in preserving the greatest automobiles to role out of Detriot.
Also have a set of Oldsmobile Wire Wheel covers in NEARLY perfect condition. Will consider a trade for a good blue 4 door interior (including bench seats and carpets), maybe other parts?
Looking for:
1982 Oldsmobile Delta 88 grilles and tail lights
1980-'81, or 1983-1984 Olds Delta 88 tail lights in nice condition
hood center trim in excellent condition
working pillar opera lights
White dome light lens
Side chrome trim (fenders, doors, etc) in good condition, minimal scratches. Nice enough to turn heads at a car show or cruise night.
Also for the 50s category:
Any Olds "Rocket 88" emblem in decent condition
1956 Oldsmobile tail lights
1958 Oldsmobile tail lights
1960 Oldsmobile tail lights
1957 OR 1958 Oldsmobile steering wheel
Tail lights don't have to be perfect, but prefer them not broken, cracked, or faded. Don't mind a few pits on chrome bezels.
Thank you!
Mike

I have tail lights and dome lights here.
What year exactly is yours?
I know you are seeking an 82 grille, but don't care which tail lights?
No offense, I'd just like to get a better idea of what you're doing with it.

Oh hey, that's no problem! My year is a 1985. I really like the tail lights that are split into 3 rectangles on the back? I dont know what year those are. I like the other ones that have the rocket emblem in the middle. And how much would you ask for a dome light as opposed to the lens? I will upload a picture of my dome light in it right now (the lens just got brittle and cracked and went away!)
Thank you for checking on the mirrors and switches!

I apologize it's not the best picture. I'm at college, don't have any better pictures of the dome light. Also if it's not a problem, would you mind taking pictures of all your different styled tail lights? I prefer the ones that are solid red in different styles. I'm just looking into some other options to kustomize the Delta 88. It's a "50s" type thing to do, swapping parts around, and especially making the Delta look like an earlier year model than the '85.
