'75 Custom Cruiser AC Accumulator/Dryer

Have you tried your local auto parts store? I searched Autozone's site just now and turned up this. $23.99
You'll likely have to have them order it and wait a day or two, but A/C parts for these cars should be readily available. I just had the A/C system on my '73 Custom Cruiser rebuilt and restored by a local shop, and they were able to get all the parts they needed through their normal parts channels. In some cases, it took a few days for the parts to arrive, but there were no supply problems.
