I have a set of hooker or headman I can't remember,they are out of a 68 442.
They have the ceramic coating on them but they are fading, a goof sand blast and hi temp paint would clean them up nice.

Take a good bit of modification to put 68 headers in a 65----the drivers side hits EVERYTHING

Stevec, gave me the part number says they will work on the 65. I have talked to other members and hookers seem to fit well.

We will see, hopefully they will take little to none fitment issues, but that's half the fun of these old cars
Also, I am installing tubular A arm. witch should help from my understanding most of the headers hit the top A arm

I know Hookers will work fine in a 64 or 65 with BB Olds, these would be the ones with 1 3/4 inch tubes listed from 65 thru 72 I believe, not the 68 up ones with 2 inch tubes...

got some silver that look to be 1.75 tubes . never used. has a L3101 stamp on the left one.

is this silver a ceramic coating because they are not black or did they come in just silver paint.

I don't think these will fit very well it does say 65-72 but only a few members have had good luck with the 1-7/5 tubes unless you have tried these in a early year

If you're looking to go the economy route, I have a set of Cyclones I ran in my 65 442 with a 455. I wont be using them as I now have a 69 Cutlass with a small block. If you're interested let me know.
