1967 442 front and rear bumper

Hello,

I am looking for a nice straight front and rear bumper for a 1967 442, that I can have refinished.

Thank You

Welcome to the site! There's several members here with 1967 parts, if you'd post your location or the nearest large city and state or province it would help having something offered that will keep shipping costs low.

Also, if your going to have the bumpers replated dents and dings can be removed by the plater. As long as it doesn't have bad rust or rot they can make it nice again.

67 442 bumpers

I am in the Indianapolis, IN area. I know my bumpers can probably be straightened out, but am just trying to find better cores if I can. My front has some small dings, but the rear is wavy in both lower areas on both sides by the bumper mounts, which has tilted the top side over on the passenger side, where the bumper follows the body contour depression.

Not trying to take over the post, but I see you are in Birmingham. I am in Riverside right next to Pell City.

OK,that's cool and I get to Riverside sometimes @ the Ark or Talladega Swap meet. I've got an Olds buddy who lives on the Talladega side of Logan Martin.

I used Ogden plating in Utah and had great results at a very fair price. John is right buying a bumper that is a little nicer to have plated is a waste of money. They will do it for you already. Just don't have a rusty one.

Hope this helps
Larry
