Smile '73 Fuel/Temp/Oil Press gage

SOLD........This is a decent gage I had saved from a '73 Cutlass. It would fit a Medium USPO flat rate box. The plastic face has some very light marks from the newspaper it was wrapped in. $30 + the shipping, and you don't have to get greasy !!

Two questions.
What is the diameter across the lens face ?
Does it have any indicator lamps? (alt. lamp, etc.)
Looking to see if I can install it in a 65 dash in place of idiot light panel.

Uses a completely different sender and back connection. If you're looking for something to add voltage, temp and oil pressure have you looked at anything like this from auto meter? I know this one's for newer GM's but they might have something that could fit your car? neat gage placement

I am looking to put it in place of the idiot pod in a 65 98.
Mine has 4 inch face, warning lamps for e-brake, GEN, as well as OP, TEMP-Hot and Cold, and fuel gauge.
Wiring no problem, maybe a resistance change in fuel gauge circuit.
Know I need senders also for OP, Temp

Wait for hadafew to get back on the size. You also need to look at how it mounts to the dash. FWIW I think it's a neat modification - but what would you do with the other idiot lights?

On my 72 they would be with the idiot pod with fuel and temp and oil. It's a really good question to ask though because I'm changing my cluster to the 72 U21 rallye pac. I knew I had to relocate the seat belt warning light to the dash pad, but didn't think about where the ebrake light would end up. Hmmmm.

That's very nice of you. But he is not next in line, I will stick with first come rule. I was confused by the last, " let m455SX have it " . My apology.

Pgraziani, WAS the next response. I was confused, and I have corrected my other reply to correct that. I do not want to get into a battle over a part here, so look the thread over carefully. and I hope all will agree.

(m455SX has sent a PM to agree, Thank you for that)

Gauge

Thanks, I appreciate that. FYI. I see gauges for 1970 models all the time on eBay. I have a73 and these are hard to find. Good luck.

I am looking for a 73 Cutlass S now. I am always looking for the hard to find parts. Both of my 70's came with factory guages so im good with those.
