Can you enlighten me: do all #5 heads have the big valves or were there different casts. I read that "only w31 #5 heads have big valves" seems weird but who knows. Also where are you located?

heres the differences in size from the reg. #5 heads(valves) to the W-31, the bigger #'s are the W-31
#5 397742 64cc intakes=1.875, 1.995 exhaust=1.562, 1.624
All 1969 350s use the #5 head, 2bbl, 4bbl, or W-31, they all use it. The 2bbl and the 4bbl use exactly the same head. Same valves, springs, etc. Only the W-31 got the big valves and springs. Only W-31's were fitted with the larger valves.
