Olds dealer rug

I have a red Oldsmobile rug that I purchased at a recent auction. It is not perfect but would look cool in your garage. It needs cleaned and there looks to be a piece of gum stuck on the lower part of the rug. $75.00+shipping nova7579@yahoo.com

I don't know Sandy (other than from this site), but I bet if she wanted it, she would dye it green!

I do think it is a nice touch when displaying the car.

Dave, I like that. Though I admit I'd worry about it sprouting legs. I lost three of my own Oldsmobile flags at a Zone show several years back.

Fact is, the carpet is pretty large, bulky and heavy. Not as easy to walk off with as a flag, by any means.

In looking at the before (for sale) and after (car show display) pics I am amazed at the difference. Hard to believe they are the same carpet. As the before pic shows, this thing was filthy on arrival. I vacuumed it, and then used a pressure washer to clean it.

I am telling all that a stream of brown, dirty water flowed from the carpet for what seemed like forever. I had to pressure wash 3 x to get it presentable?

As the pic shows, it was worth the effort!

The rug looks great! The rug came from a Oldsmobile/John Deere dealer auction that I went to last year. I am sure that it had never been cleaned since it came out of the box!!
