66-68-69-70-71-72 wiper motor part # decals
I now have the correct part # & date coded round wiper motor decals available for 66/68/69/70/71/72 A-BODY Oldsmobiles for order. They are dated coded by quarters, exact date codes were cost prohibited. You will be sent the date code decal preceding the build date of your car. I have sold many and the feedback has been great,no complaints. These were produced using top quality material and a hot ink process for durability. There are none available for 67 as they used the rectangle wiper motor that used an ink stamp instead of a decal. As far as my research shows, these have never been reproduced for Oldsmobile specific part #'s. They are $12 each shipped. If you want one,I would advise you to get it now because depending on the vendor, they may or may not be available in the future. Please contact me by email as it's easier to keep up with. My email is pchopesq@aol.com
Thanks
Mike Richards
Here's a decal positioned on a 1966 wiper motor. There is no definite or perfect location for the decal but the examples I have seen have it somewhat parallel to the joint where the bottom part connects to the upper part. You can angle it a little to make it appear like it was done in a hurry when being built. You can imagine how they were installed when built. Just put it in a location where it's easily visible when the wiper motor is on the car. Also make sure the mounting area is clean and dry. An alcohol pad or a precleaner will work fine. Lift the decal from the backing using an exacto knife, razor blade or a sharp edge of some kind.
Thanks

I know it,my camera for some reason is not getting the picture I want. I turned the flash off to avoid the normal reflection you get with chrome like surfaces. Just take my word they are nice and yes I'm getting a lot of positive response from them. Mind your own business Hairy.

I have a few left, might better get them because I doubt there will be another run of them. I haven't had a single complaint about them either as they are very nice. Thanks to all who bought them.
