Just to expand your market, it will work on any 61-64 394-4 bbl engine and 65 425-4 bbl. Housings are all the same; pie pan is the difference. Pretty sure the top will also work for 66-67 425-4 bbl if you use the QuadraJet base.

I was being specific in my description not for fitment, but for exact model it came from, it is up to prospective buyer to decide if it will fit their application. Thank you for the input though.
