1968 w-30 engine with D heads
1968 400 W30 with D heads ported polished , Rebuilt engine is balanced with flywheel and dampner .........Engine has been in my family 35 years $7700 . Location Southern Indiana, VIN 38M305141

That's a desirable item. I think you would have better luck with your sale if you included photographs of the engine, and if you have any paperwork from the rebuild. Does it include the original carb, distributor and any bolt on parts such as the alternator or starter? These items all have numbers specific to the W30 and Hurst Olds. Do you know for sure if the car was wrecked? If your not sure posting the vin stamped into the block might be worth while. In addition, if you posted your general location you might have more interest from someone who could drive and see it. If you don't want to put your exact location then the nearest big city, and your state/province might be enough. There are members here from all over the world.
