1968-69 fenders with dual hood spring mounts $100 ea (Reduced to $85 ea)

These fenders have both the 1968 and 1969 hood spring locations with a threaded fitting on the backside. I believe from what I've read that these were factory replacement fenders meant to work on either year car. These do need some work as you can see in the photos. Both have bad rot at the heels, one has collision damage at the nose. Price would be $100 each. Greyhound bus lines will ship anywhere in the lower 48 states for around $100 each, but both packaged together should be less than $150. Check out the photos and let me know if you have any questions. The price in the title doesn't include shipping and they would be coming from Medford Oregon. John

Template?

Hi John, This may seem a little "out there."
I've got a pair of '69 hinges that I want to install in my '68 fenders - I'm tired of bumping my head on the hood! Could I talk you into using your fenders as a guide and drawing up a 1:1 scale template for me that includes all of the hole placements? If you are agreeable, you could either post it here or email it to me. Either way, I'd be very appreciative.

Rich

Sorry, I missed this post when it was new. I've never heard of anyone doing this, but if it works it may be a nice fix. Let me see what I can come up with.
