1967 Jetaway

I have a Jetaway that I pulled from a 1967 Cutlass Supreme earlier this year. The transmission has been stored inside at all times since being removed. Looking for $200 plus the ride if it needs to be shipped. Comes with the torque converter.

Don't take this personally, but, you'd have a hard time PAYING someone $200. to take it.
Damn good x'mission in terms of durability, but, they're obsolete.
Most people who remove them are upgrading.
I just removed a perfectly good one from a '67 CS last year and replaced it with a 700R4.
I actually tried to give it away, even posted here and ROP. No interest.
Finally, to get it out of my way, I just scrapped it.

I've refused free ones, too, when my pickup truck was sitting right there next to them.
Zero resale value - hard to compete with Free.

Good luck with the sale.

It would be a good trans for the Cutlass wagon if I wasnt going to do a stick with that. The one that came with the car went under water! I had a 67 Toro transaxle assembly that I could not give away and ended up junking. Drew maybe someone will want it, try craigslist.

I am actually going to list it on there today. If I get a hit great if not oh well. I figure it's better to throw it out to the universe rather than sit on it. Maybe there is someone locally looking for it. Ya just never know. Thanks Joe!

Just for clarification purposes, before you list it anywhere, make sure you get the name right.

It's a Jet-A-way transmission (Jetaway), not "Jetway." Jetaway was Oldsmobile's name for the Super Turbine 300.

A Jetway is what you walk down from the gate to board the airplane.

Thank you for the correction. OP has been edited.

For a transmission that no one really wants this post is getting a lot of attention. LOL!

Have you ever seen one that has dual bolt pattern, Chevy and BOP? I have one from a 67 F85 that had the Chevy 250 cu. in. six with Super Turbine 300 (Jet-A-Way) Oldsmobile.

Pulled one from a 66 442 that I am pretty sure is original to that car was multibolt.
