I have a 65 Starfire too. But convertible See Specman profile in photo gallery. I paid top dollar at 22500. Just did the engine. YOu might get what you ask but it wont be quick. I think values have peaked for a bit. Most of the time the good coupes fall in around 18 grand. But you have to find the specific buyer who wants and loves these cars like we do.

shoot, I just bought my 66 starfire.
I looked at it, drove it, and fell in love. It needs a bit of TLC but I can make it work, its almost all original, headlights, shocks/strus, radio, dash, everything is stock except the motor. had a blownup 425 so the people swapped in a 1970 Delta 88 455 motor. the rebuilt the tranny with a shift kit. it hauls. and i wouldnt trade it for anything right now. anyone know where parts are availible? |
