Fuel hose identification

Filled up and when I got home I smelled gas. Found this hose leaking. 1 hr later, it's still dripping. Where does it go? It's the one below the vent tube on the passenger side. Looks like it is either really swollen or has a cover around it so it doesn't rub through...

Thanks in advance!

That hose leads to the tank vent that can be seen in the clamp above it. Time to replace both the vent hose and the supply hose. Hoses will be 5/16” or 3/8”, not sure which. Pretty simple job, probably a good idea to run the fuel level down a bit before doing the deed.

Looks like a vapor canister line may have been abandoned.

Preciate it bud! Found a new tank on MP for $100 with a new sending unit. Gonna return the sending unit I bought last week and just go that route. I'll get all the hoses from work and run new stuff. Thanks again for the info.

Just thought of sumpin. That abandoned line is likely a return line for the fuel pump, in fact, that’s more likely than a vapor canister.

The fuel feed line is 3/8". The fuel return line, if so equipped, is 1/4". This car is a 1969 and uses the plastic vent fitting that has two different size hoses.

Got another picture. Looks like the two in the center are supply and return and the broken one on the side with the diagram you posted is a vent.
