70 olds LS heaater
Don.
from what i remember and just looking at my 68 manual u have to remove all compontents to the air and heat box under dash ,defroster, vac lines, routing hoses, etc, mabey the radio , would be easier with it out. then there is 4 or 5 bolts with nuts on firewall side needs to be removed from firewall side, also drain the radiator, remove the heater hoses at firewall and the whole assembly should come into the interior of car . lots of luck.
do you have a manual for the 70 98 ?
Don did you get pictures of the carb breather ?

Thanks Dan.
Yes I do have a manual, but I was hoping for tips from anyone that has actually done it before.
It is not like I need the heater all that often down here in Phoenix anyway!
I did get the pics. Thanks.

From my experience I would trust NAPA employees to find a correct part more often than PepBoys, Auto Zone, and even some O'Reilly's although I have found a good local O'Reilly store that has good employees so I am lucky.
