72 Cutlass S 350 build

Hi
Just got a 72 Cutlass S 350 and am looking to build it to run better. Looking to increase compression and run the Edelbrock heads. I see the Olds 350 flat top will only get me to about 9 to 1 with the new heads. Any other options? Would like to get about 10.5 to 1 compression. Maybe chevy rods / pistons?
Look forward to hearing about other combos and other 350 olds builds
Thanks , Dave

Edelbrock heads with 77cc chambers, zero deck block, .028" thick head gaskets, and flat top pistons should give 9.7:1 compression ratio. Milling the heads to decrease the combustion chamber volume will bump that up.
