1969 Cutlass 442 Dealer Model

Hello,

I found this dealer "model" when cleaning out my in-laws estate. I assume the local dealership, "Story Oldsmobile" passed them out to customers in 1969. It's about 7.5 inches long, 3" wide, and 2" tall. It has 442 badges on the fenders.

Has anyone seen anything like it before? It's strange they made it with blue tires instead of black.

That looks different than a regular dealer promo. I would be intetested in buying it if it is for sale.

Hi,

I've never seen a dealer promo like that. I have a '69 442 promo which has a full interior, windows and chrome wheels with black tires. That's an interesting piece and would definitely be worth something to someone whose car came from that dealer.

Its got 69 tail lights but 70 quarters. Cool dealer promo looks like they had them made up for the kids to play with while Mom and Dad buy a new Oldsmobile. I would call it a dealer toy for kids, it was for advertising and PR for the dealer.
