70 cutlass restore

I need help again guys. Got all new front end in. All bushings, springs, etc. when I jack the front off the ground and put it on jack stands, it is level across the top of the front frame rails. But there is a 1/2 to 3/4 difference between the drivers and passenger tire. Drivers tire is almost touching the ground and the cap is under the passenger tire. What could be the issue.

There is a rubber stop under each of the upper A arms. Probably have 1 missing.

If you used rubber control arm bushings the vehicle needs to be sitting on the ground, with the suspension loaded, when the bushing bolts are tightened. The rubber bushings can move through a limited arc, so if the car was in the air when the bolts were tightened then the bushing will restrict how much the control arms will move.

Not sure if this is your issue but it's the only thing I can think of right off.

Both rubber stops are in and I haven't tightened anything down. Could it be the springs? Maybe one isn't seated correctly.
