Ignition rod 1970 Cutlass

Ignition rod 1970 Cutlass

hi Guys,

Having some trouble to find the brass piece of the ignition switch, looks like someone broke it or something. any thoughts on where i could order this?

I don't know where to get that rod, but from a discussion a while back that Hurst T handle you have there is a valuable item.

And what are you doing with jumper cables on the steering column?

really? and why is that? , jumper cables are not connected , i used them to jumpstart the car

The column was the same on many GM makes and years. I found the snap retaining ring by going to a local Buick dealer and they looked it up on their national system. They even had the 1970 parts diagram! Cost was $0.93 !!!
