Looking for moulding clip source for 66

My cutlass has the really wide body side moulding and the A/M attachment clips I am finding show for max 1.75" mine are aprox 2 3/16

Anyone know a place for these 66 only moulding clips. I have the the all metal snap in ones. The plastic / metal stud ones are the ones I need to replace.

I've been looking for the same clips for my 66 for ten years now. No one has them new that I can find. There is a vendor that sells an adaptable clip - basically it is a flat piece with score marks that allow you to snap it off to the width you need - sort of like a utility knife blade. The piece has a stud welded to the middle for attachment. Not ideal, but it may be the only option.

I have, in addition to all the other trim clip vendors who sell at Carlisle, Hershey, and Syracuse. Oh, and the entire Auveco catalog.
