Teaser shot of 66 442
I hope to have some good daylight pics soon but here is a quick one in the dark tonight. This is a real 442 I picked up somewhat diassembled from the previous owner. Half the car looks like this in a perfect patina look. the other side they started attempting body work so its mostly gray primer
I am still a little short for my new shop so I have been looking for something to pick up and do a little work to and sell. This one more than likely was not the best car for me to get because 66 442 in by far my favorite Oldsmobile. If I did not have to sell this car its one I could very easily get attached to. I hope to have it ready to sell in about a week so it can go to a new home quick. I finally got the call today that my contractor is caught up and will start on concrete next week.

It's funny you say that. I had it narrowed down to a couple of 60's Mustangs and a 78 Camaro street strip car. I was about to pull the trigger on one of the three when this popped up. I about the only thing I could do worse is drag a 69 camaro home. If I did that my wife might try to divorce me. That's her dream car.

I cruised around in it quite a bit today. It drives pretty good. Its ready to move on to the next owner now. Contractor starts in the morning.

Hey Ricahrd: What have you done to this car to make it better? I saw you took the bumper off and put it back on. Would it be more profitable to you, to prep it for paint? It doesn't look like it needs much (paint wise) from here, at home on my 'puter.
We could use more details here. What was it like when you got it, and what have you done with it?
I don't think you would play with us just to pump up the interest. It looks very nice!

The body work it not anywhere near my stardards and would have to be all redone. It would open a pandoras box if I do anything else to the car. I can't even get to 1/2 of my tools because my garge is so packed.
