Restored 1964 Oldsmobile Starfire need advice

Hi all new here, my friend wants to buy this car and wanted to know what is the car worth? any advice is appreciated.

from article:
This 1964 Oldsmobile Starfire (chassis A5476Z8647013837) underwent an extensive and apparently very high quality restoration five years and 3,352 miles ago. Starting from a highly optioned, rust free Texas car with 88k original miles, the car looks fantastic in photos and seems to be just as clean underneath as on top. According to the seller no expense was spared on refurbishment, and if it runs nearly as good as it looks. It is in Saint Paul, Minnesota with a $34,000 BIN.

24 pictures and full details

Very pretty car at a high price, sounds like a dealer. Might be worth it but you would want to see and drive it.

Gorgeous, it takes a lot of money to restore one of these. The cost is reflected in the price.

Very nice, and very pricey, if your friend wants to spend that much on a '64 Starfire, that's his business, but too high in my opinion.

That is a nice looking car.
I noticed that it has crank windows but power seats
I think that the price is high in my opinion.
I would want to check it out very carefully for that much money.

We just want to buy a turnkey car, I have heard lots of horror stories with restoring old cars.

That's a very nice car. You could easily spend a lot more than that restoring one. I really like the 700R4 upgrade.

If it looks as nice in real life, they spent a lot of money. However, I don't think it's going to bring over 30k. I bet they would take something in the 25-28k range.
