Plating vendor any recommendations?

Hey guys, Do any of you have a name or recommendation for a shop to rechrome trim parts? Die cast and plastic?

The Finishing Touch for trim and stainless.


Not cheap, but tops in quality.


I have used Tri City for bumpers with excellent results.

Thanks for the replies. I will check them out. We are very fortunate to have a good choice of repo parts available for most of our Olds. I am doing a cosmetic refurb on a Jeep Grand Wagoneer. I need some little stuff redone like taillight bezels and armrest bases. The repo market is almost nonexistent GW's and good quality originals are hard to find.

Tri City Plating did my bumpers and they look first class. Porter is the name of the fellow that checks you in. He is very helpful and they usually have your bumpers ready in half the time they tell you. I did have a couple of pot metal pieces I need done and he said they did not do pot metal. He gave me a name of a place that did about a mile away from them, R.and D. Finishing.When I recieved those pieces back they looked like jewelery. First class job on both companies.

can you supply the contact info for R&D that you used? I would like to rechrome a few small trim pieces and my mirror.
