Help Identify These Wheel Covers

would like to find out the year for these.
They look like 70 Supreme covers, I had a set 30 years ago but I'm a little fuzzy on remembering if these are the same. The center rocket and the center stainless puzzles me a little bit. They are 14".
Any Ideas?

Are they 14 or 15 inch? They look like full sized covers to me.

My '71 Vista Cruiser had two sets of those sitting in the back when I got it. 66400 is right on, I've seen them in the '71 parts catalog and other "'71" places too. Mine had a steel cable with an eyelet going to the center to secure them with a lug nut I guess. I didn't like how heavy they were, weigh practically as much as a wheel. An awful lot of needless unsprung weight IMO. I was worried about the possible damage they could cause the car if they came loose and started flopping into the wheel opening at the end of that security cable and smashing everything, plus they were junk.
I had 9 of them and took them with my old hood, fenders, core support, brake drums, springs, old suspension parts, engine guts and whatever else I could find to the scrap metal place for cash, a lousy 75 bucks.
They weren't in great shape and not much you can do when they get that beat up anyway being plated on those fins and all. They do look more like full size styling. That one looks near new or N.O.S..

According to the 1972 ordering guide, this wheel cover is option P02. It also makes sense that it is listed for the Cutlass styling features, because as a 14 inch cover, it would not be appropriate for the larger 15 inch wheels required for the B Bodies and Wagons.

Thanks for the input on this. With the information from here and looking at 71-72 product info they look to be 72 covers by the red rocket in the center.
Does any body have these 3" rocket emblems laying around that's the part I really need.
