Dual gate shifter hook up

Dual gate shifter hook up
I bought a 70 cutlass a few months back. The steering column was beat. So I replace the column and got a dual gate shifter. Car was a column **** originally. So the dual gate shifter does not have the brackets to hook to the tranny! So I would like to know where I could get the brackets or if I can make sumthing to work. I have the b&m bracket kit 35498. Will this work?

I don't know about B&M bracket but here is the kit I used to install mine.

You may have to modify the shift selector lever to get it to shift through all the gears. I did this by cutting it and welding it about 1/2" towards the engine.

There is some more pictures in that album on flickr that show how it looks on the transmission.
