Cowl tag decode

Hey everyone! There is so much knowledge in this group I have learned so much since joining. I think I have most of my cowl tag figured out but was hoping to get someone to fully decode it. Can someone please help and advise? Thanks in advance!

Like Fremont, Arlington used numbers that tied to the build sheet job numbers. The Sept build makes this an early car, so that's a pretty low number. If you find a build sheet in the car, I bet that 788 ties to it.

Still looking for that build sheet! I've been under the carpet, seats, door panels and have "lowered" the gas tank and still nothing. My next step is to fully drop the tank and hope that it's there. It would be great to tie in that history just to see what it truly came with.
