A/C Delete, heater box
#2
Apparently I bought just the Heater Blower case and not an AC Delete. Any suggestions? I see that you can buy a AC delete plate but it also deletes your heat or I can shell out $150 for essential what I already have but wider.

If your car is an original AC car then yes, you probably want the aftermarket made AC delete box. There are two being made, to my knowledge.
>One from American Graffiti---I think their name may have changed. Made of fiberglass. I think these are sold on evilbay quite a bit.
>The Parts Place also makes one and it's made of ABS plastic. I believe it's also a bit less $ than the Amer. Graffiti(or whatever they call themselves these days) box. Probably better shipping rates from Parts Place as well.
You can use 3M Strip Chaulk to seal the box to the firewall.....you can buy a box of this stuff at an auto paint supply place. It's black in color so it blends in well with the firewall, etc if any of it is visible.

Thanks guys, Im going to send the heater box back and when I have a little extra cash ill buy the AC delete from OPGI. For now, today I made a heater and AC delete out of a piece of Sheet metal and painted it black. Thanks fr the answers ill keep them in mind when I buy the real delete plate.
