1968 cutlass 2door hardtop/conv regulators

Are 68 glass regulators one year only? I'm thinking so because of the vent window.
Thanks for any clarification.

Matt

yes... but 68-72 elcamino interchange

68 door regs are unique to 68

69 door regs are unique to 69

70-72 interchange

all 68-72 rear regs interchange

no such thing as "convertible" 68-72 rear regs they all interchange

on a post car the front is the same as elcamino.

the rear is very diff and impossible to get...i should restate that...the 68-72 post car rear power window regs are post car only...i have never seen them..they say they made them..my by buddy says hes owned one..he said he sent a set to Bill Merrick in Cadillac Mich, and he copied them and made a few sets...but Bill died here awhile back..and all his work is lost because the family had no intrest in it..and he had no organizational skills and its prob in a pile in the corner or the scrap man has it with most of the rest of his stuff...

and Bill confirmed he had aset and he reproduced the arm thats unique to it...he would take them apart, and put his arm on a hardtop strucutre and the worked as GM...he was supposed to get me pics and a set..he got sick, stopped answering the phone, and i found out 2 weeks after that he died.

Sorry to hear that Mark, I didn't know Bill, but knew of him. At least I cannot say I ever knowingly met the man. My condolences

thanks...appreciate it.

he was a good dude...served in Viet Nam but was really a broken man...life beat him down..and alcohol finished the job...like many Vets...i dont think he really got over it..

very talented...always willing to help..and very smart to a fault. And, he was a kind man..if he liked you..he'd do anything for you...

I learned a lot from him...and i share everything i can

We lost so many to that War, but so many more to its lasting psychological poisons.
I missed going by a couple years, but "lost" so many friends & family after.
Never Forget.
