1967 Black Plastic Inner-Wheel wells

I'm starting to clean these up and there are 1inch to to 2" long 1/4" wide wear holes on the top towards the inside (top of tire)

I could really use some advice on how to properly repair these. I will need to repair a few mounting hole spots that have torn as well. All in all the mounting locations are in very good shape. I will also need to get some of the fabric/tar paper skirts if anyone has a good lead on them as well.

Thanks for your time.

You can take them to an ATV shop that does plastic welding, BUT let them show you their work first. Plastic welding is an ART FORM if done right or it can look like some bird crapped.

The holes will be covered when the inner fenders are on the car. You could use black RTV if you feel you need to fill the holes.

Another good fix for areas not seen so much is bumper fix that 3m makes I think it is called structural plastic adhesive. I got it at Napa not cheap but very good fix.

Also, the glue used for plastic gas tanks should work.

I use one of these for plastic bumper and other repairs. Works pretty good.
