What sparkplugs to use with MSD ignition or HEI?

Some ideas? i want to buy the NGK sparkplugs, but not sure what types.. do i need to do something With the gap?

Engine 407G Block With performer intake, 750 edelbrock, and Complete msd ignition, (or HEI ignition) im not sure what to use yet, i want to know what i can use for both types of ignition. street use and daily driver.

If HEI disturbutor will be used, do i have to change the springs ? the disturbutor is New.. i dont remember if it follow With extra springs... will not let the engine run more than 5000rpm.

thanks.

Go with the plug part number for your year engine gapped at .045

It does not matter which system you use for the plugs.

I'd leave the springs alone until the engine is running for a base line. You may not have to do anything except set it and run.

thanks.
