Module or coil
Hey guys
i have a 71 cutlass supreme with a mallory electronic ignition (unlite) driving the other the car started
to bog down .so when i got home i changed the gas filter but still the same. I checked the timing and that was good when i pulled off the vacuum advance hose the car ran fine. (no more bogging)
i pulled off the distributor cap i saw that the wires to the module were fried more so the ground. If i change the module do i need to change the coil and is the vacuum advance bad too
or do i need to change the distributor.or is there a bigger problem
