66 442 ribbon (rear body) harness

66 442 ribbon (rear body) harness
I'm installing a ribbon harness in my 66 442 as part of an overall rewiring. The ribbon harness has a metal prong on it that would be near the fuse box. Is this supposed to be used to bolt the ribbon harness to the floorboard?
