1968 cutlass s charging issues/horn relay
Okay guys I have a 1968 Cutlass S I'm trying to figure out what wires go where on the horn relay. I had issues charging my battery have replaced the battery alternator and external regulator. With the test light I actually found one wire that i never connected to the horn relay but everytime I connect this wire it shoots up the volts to about 16 to19
So I was going to ask if anybody has a diagram for a 1968 cutlass horn relay. don't really know how many wires are wrong so any help would be appreciated

Unfortunately the resolution isn't good enough to read it.
PM me with your e-mail address. I have a high resolution scan of it.
Are you running a 1 wire alternator now? If so the wiring diagram isn't going to help you with the voltage issue. If I remember correctly in a 1 wire alternator the wire goes directly to the battery. It actually is usually attached to the relay but the wire from the battery connects at the same spot
edit:
Somewhere on ClassicOlds there is a wiring diagram for what to do with the extra wires after you eliminate the external regulator (if that's what you've got)
