Can anyone help me out with the bracket mounting for an alternator on a 1964 olds 98 with AC option? The manuals have been no help, and alternator wasn’t installed before hand. If anyone could send any pictures they might have that would be greatly appreciated
This is an unmolested 64 Starfire but bracketry is the same.
And just for giggles here's the CORRECT installation of the windshield washer jar and OptiKleen bottle bracket, on the right front side of the core support, behind the headlights. There was a TSB to relocate them to the firewall behind the aircleaner due to freezing issues in some areas. All that did was make it hard to get to. You kept full-strength washer fluid in it, no problems.
