Short of pulling the entire fender, not really. What we've done in the past on these cars is to use a heavy duty putty knife. Wedge it between fender and script and tap the putty knife thru the potmetal studs to shear them.
Admittedly not a great way to do it, but beats pulling that fender. The putty knife will usually leave enough of the stud to locate the script in the original holes, and you can use 3M emblem mounting tape to reattach it. Friend has a 63 Dynamic we did this on 20 years ago and the scripts are still well attached. Worst part was trimming the tape to the outline of the script so it didn't show.
