95 olds dies intermittently at high speed
where is diag plug on 95 olds 88 royal ,does it need scanner or will codes flash check engine light

It completely dies or just sputters? I don't know where the diagnosis plug is.

olds that dies
It just dies on hwy twice in last few days,restarts after a couple of tries,changed fuel filter this am.works fine under full throttle this am.also ran fine both times on hwy after restart,

Diagnosis plug should be far under steering column for that car.Sounds like you have a intermittent sensor issue,ive been there,you need to go to a top notch garage that has diagnosis equipment that scans cycle after cycle for every sensor (reads like a ekg machine at a hospital )those hand held scanners that reads codes are nooooooo match for an issue like that on that car trust me,,good luck
