www.jegs.com

There is a section under cooling that has a "Be-Cool" raditor that will fit the full size Delta for 78 to 85. You just gotta look under Caprice in those same years. This is the rad I have in my Delta

That is the same for a lot of part, except of the engine of course

Here's a pic on my rad set-up, other pics of the car are in my signture at the bottom of the post

If you can afford is, get the electric fan too, and the "Painless wiring" kit and the brackets for the fan, I put the fan in myself

Yeah, everything except from a Caprice will fit a Delta of the same year. Except of the engine and certain extior items like bezels.

If you get the rad on jegs, get the fittings too, you'll need them to hook up the tranny

if you are running a stock motor, just measure your radiator and go to autozone and tell them what size you need(any autoparts store will do)i recently put a heavyduty 3 core in my z28 from autozone for 102.00. becool offered the same one for 595.00. i have a Becool in my prostreet camaro just cause its so pretty but i wouldnt waste money on a driver

I just replaced the radiator in my 86 w/307 Olds motor. Should be the same radiator for your 78. I got mine from Advanced Auto Parts. $124 list and it was in stock. The original radiator was a 3 row copper unit. The replacement was a two row aluminum with crimped plastic end tanks. I was skeptical, but it was a drop-in and the car ran cooler on a trip from VA to upstate NY. Up and down the hills on I-81 at 75 mph, stop and go traffic at the construction sites, and A/C blasting the whole way. And, a lifetime warranty. I was pleasantly surprised.
