85 Delta-84 impala
Will it fit?
I need a new headliner in my delta. The old one is not there. I tried to swap a bumper shock from an 86 impala to my 85 and it didn't fit, but I haven't seen a delta in a junkyard around here in months.
I know the some light is round in the Chevy vs square in the Olds also there is no holes in the Chevy for the visior clip holder, but will it fit?

Just take your old headliner out and have it recovered at an upholstery shop. Most of the cost is in the R&R labor - which you can eliminate by doing that part yourself. The shop will pull off the old fabric and deteriorated foam backing and glue on new fabric. Put it back in and you're all set!
Even if you found a used one it would start drooping soon enough. That foam just crumbles when exposed to heat and cold for years.

Why let someone else do the easy part? The hardest part is taking the liner out. I redid mine a few weeks ago and went with suede when I put it back in. I'm very very pleased. And I've only got maybe 30 bucks wrapped up in it.
Check your local fabric stores, you'll be amazed at what you might find...
And they should interchange.
