Just a normal spring day in Texas.

We'll be looking for a pool to jump in to next week.

Damn texans get all the luck the white gold, and the black gold too!

I like the snow but when you only gets little like that it's just an anoyance! Although I assume in your area it's pretty rare so probably fun for all the kids!

It could be worse Richard, feel sorry for the folks who have been stacking it for the past few months. It's about 3 and it's almost gone here in Mayberry.

Got 16 inches here in Lex, KY. On the road for work, and got marooned in this nice hotel. Working from the hotel room, what a drag, hah. There may have been a mid day nap.

Dug the truck out half an hour ago. They had loaner snow shovels; nice of them.

Now all those western movies I watched growing up showed nothing but hot deserts in Texas

Warmer and dryer than normal here in Southern Oregon. 30's at night, 60's for highs and predicted 70's this weekend. Lots of sunshine but very little snow in the mountains which means we may have a rough fire season this summer.

I'm feeling pretty much the same way. This weekend should be up to a nice 45-50° but cooler during the next week as an Arctic high descends on us hopefully for the last time.

Morning\Evening All,

Another thread aboout the weather, I thought it was us Brits who were obsessive with regards to that !!!
Its been a nice week in London, high 50s with little rain so not bad for this time of the year.
This weekend its going to be nice, into the 60s so I will have to take a spin in my drop top Ford, which is quite amusing. I have lost count of the times that little kids point at me and say `Daddy, whats that ?` Most of the time I can hear the dads make something up because they haven't a clue - very amusing.
Still a month or so until the Cutlass is finished - cant wait!!

Have fun with the last of the snow.

Parked the car an hour ago, car thinks its -22 (it's quite accurate). We finished 37 days, 22 hours, 45 minutes below freezing on Tuesday. Next week it will be above freezing during the day. Come on SPRING.

No one can beat us Brits for moaning about the weather!!!! We are undisputed world champions!!!.

I drove through snow on I10 north of San Antonio once, and took pictures of the ranch I was staying at under snow, mid point between Fredericksburg and LLano. The friends Iwho owned the place were out of town when it happened, they have yet to see snow on the ground there.

Roger.

You should have seen San Antonio back in the mid 80's when we got 13" of the white stuff. You'd a thought it was the end of the world.

Outside of the far west side of our great state, the heat is anything but dry.
