Sway bar 71 C/S

Sway bar
Hey guys I was wondering if you could tell if this is a 7/8 or 15/16 sway bar is there a more common one for 71 cutlass supreme I don’t know if I have F 41 suspension I think that’s the option anyway that squishy sway bar from the house steering pump leak will probably make the car drive like crap it definitely doesn’t help

Anyone know the most common size for the sway bar is it 7/8 or 15/16? Also is there a good way to measure it without the tool

Slip an open end wrench over it to see what size it is.

Or, use an adjustable wrench as a "caliper" and measure the opening, so you only have to go to the tool box once.

All 1971 Supreme convertibles got the same 31/32" front bar as the 442.

Where I came up with 31/32 is the factory parts book and the inspector's guide.

I've put used Trans Am 1 1/4" front bars on 3 A body cars and liked the handling and ride quality of all three. They also received used A body rear bars which none of them had stock.
