I bought a set of sport mirrors to replace my single chrome drivers side only mirror.

After pouring through my assembly manual, I can't find anything about mounting location.

This is on a 1971 Cutlass Supreme convertible.

Thanks in advance for any info.

Won't be in the assembly manual as Fisher Body installed them. Driver side should be direct replacement. Make a template from the drivers side and use it to locate the pass mirror.

Who would have thunk that you have to turn the allen head screws to the right to remove them. Haven't they heard of righty tighty ?

I'm pretty sure the driver side use the same location as the chrome mirror. Then just match it up to the passenger side.
