I'm thinking about selling my 93' SCX W41. It's a completely original driver quality example. It is all original and never modified accept for wear and tear items like the starter, heater core, muffler, ect... I've owned the car and enjoyed it for many years and I've done my best to preserve this unique little hot rod. That being said it is far from perfect but it's all there and it wouldn't take much to restore it completely.
I'll ad more pictures for anyone interested in the car. Also we are located in the St. Louis area. I was recently driving the car 200 miles a day from St Louis to Rolla and back so it's pretty well sorted and darn reliable! I wouldn't hesitate to drive it anywhere, then again I'm familiar with the quad4 and it's quirks lol.
She's also wearing a brand new set of bf goodrich radial t/a's!
I live in STL and went to college in Rolla so I'm familiar with that drive! Unique car, good luck with the sale!
thanks for the bump! It really is a great little car. I'm honestly more concerned that she goes to a good home more than anything else. I took the car to the Oldsmobile show at the museum of transportation last year and earned a plaque and it got a lot of attention! I did my best to share the rich racing history of these cars with everyone who came to listen!
That is not a bad price in my opinion. I had the Quad 442 version of the W-41 for many years. I would sure like to get another W-41 but not in the plans right now. Maybe by the time I am ready to get one I could buy my old one back. It is in my top 3 favorite Oldsmobiles I ever had.
