1980 Cutlass 455
Before you read this! I am located up north in Minnesota! So plan accordingly!
First trade on craigslist fell through. I am mainly just looking to trade it for something a little more reliable, but yet at the same time pretty interesting and fun, but for the right price I'd probably sell it.
1980 Olds cutlass Supreme. 455 ci, 350 turbo trans, extra turbo 400 trans and driveshaft included. Fully rebuilt cylinder heads, new valves, springs, rockers, lifters. New timing chain and gears. Edelbrock performer camshaft matched to a Edelbrock performer intake and a new 750 cfm Edelbrock carb. Hooker super comp headers, double hump crossmember, TRUE dual 2.5" exhaust with turbo mufflers (I would recommend some flowmaster 50's or something beefier). New shocks, coil-overs in the front, air adjustable in the rear. New front Cooper tires, rally wheels. This was a Nebraska car, it has only seen one Minnesotan winter.. I didn't have a garage to store it in last winter. However it is still 95% rust free and still has factory undercoating. There is some rust under the rear quarter windows and a small bit on the LR quarter panel. All underside, jams, and the rear bumper are still solid. Original paint still too. All in all it is very nice with ALOT of potential. I just don't have time or a garage to turn it into what I want.
ONE BAD THING, the 455 came out of a 1968 oldsmobile delta 88 and it was not fully rebuilt... the piston rings are getting a little tired and it does burn some oil at higher RPMs around 3k it starts to burn oil. But for most of you on here I'm sure that wouldn't be a major problem for you to fix.
If you want pictures or want to come down and look at it PM me.
