Disc brakes swap

What size wheels are you running? You can used 1998-2002 F-body brakes, but they have 12-inch rotors and need at least a 16" wheel. If you decide to use F-body brakes, you will need to upgrade the front brakes to a 12-inch or larger rotor as well.

I will be running 22in in the back and 20in in the front. I’ve already upgraded the front brakes ( they came with the car. So pretty much any 98-02 rear wheel drive f body?

Yes. I installed a set on my Vista before I restored it. I put in a 10 bolt Chevelle C-clip axle. You might need to do some research on getting them to work with an original BOP rear (without C-clips). I used everything from the 98 camaro on my rear (backing plates with drum style parking brake, parking brake cables, rotors, calipers, and brake hoses). If you use the camaro brake hoses, you will need to get the correct metric fittings and make new hardlines with bubble flarred ends.

Camaro LS1 Rear Disc Brakes
This is what the Camaro LS1 rear disc set-up looks like. The Camaro has them installed on the leading side of the wheel, you will have better clearance if you swap the left & right sides and install them on the trailing side of the wheel opening. You may also need a spacer to get the rotor centered in the caliper. Hope this helps you.

Here are some pics of the rear I was running in my vista. I mounted the calipers to the front side. Mounting them to the back would make using the Camaro parking brake cables difficult. I cut the parking brake cable mounting tabs off the Camaro rear and welded them to the 10-bolt. The parking brake cables were connected to the frame-side/ intermediate cable just like the factory ones without any modification. I was running the complete 98 Camaro brake system on the car minus the ABS (front and rear brakes with the Camaro master cylinder and an aftermarket disc/ disc proportioning valve). Contrary to what others have stated, the difference in braking was very noticeable going from factory disc/ drum brakes to the 4-wheel 12-inch discs.
Here is a shot of the Camaro master cylinder which was still in the car while I was mocking up the new drivetrain:
