any reccomendations on what type of glue/sealant that will dry clear to re glue the plastic red and orange lens's into the metal bezels?

I used hot-melt glue - see the end of this post for details:

Be sure they are well cleaned before hand so the glue will stick. The glue gun worked great at applying it. Hardly any mess!

Yep, the clear stuff for hobbies and crafts. Heating the housings is important, as well as precision & quick action. Have the lenses where you can grab them right after filling the grooves with glue (but not with too much). Press them in and have a way to secure them after gluing, preferably in front of a fan to cool them quicker.
