How in the heck does my quarter window go in? 1969 Cutlass S

The car is a 1969 Oldsmobile Cutlass S. Well first day getting the car home, I was rolling down all the windows to air out the car and the back window got way off track, so I tried to roll it up and pull to keep it on track, and then it fell and vanished into the quarter panel. I've had much worse problems to deal with on the car so I haven't bothered with it yet but now its time to get around to the little things. So, first off, am I putting the track on right, and second off, why won't the bushing go into the track? it seems almost to small and the top lip is bending, see pics. Any advice?

From what I remember it's tighter in the bottom so you have to push it in to ride over the narrower area. I would suggest going to www.wildaboutcars.com and looking at the Fisher Body Manual for 69. At least that's where the window installation details are found for a 68

edit:

I think you can find it here:

The pictures show the evidence...
The lower middle roller is supposed to go in the slot and the two outers ride over the edges!
The center roller breaks frequently so if it does not look like a roller, then it is broke and needs to be replaced. Almost sounds like it broke by your description.
That center roller is available at Fusicks, but I do not think the side ones are.
Some reference pics can be seen here and forward...

Yup, messed with it today, pulled the little screen thing in the door jam on both sides and checked out the other went together, and figured out how much of a doofus I was but it turns out the little bottom roller wheel wasn't broken but had popped off. I popped it back on and put er back together and realigned everything and so far so good
